About Our Business
Our practice started in December 1995.
Clients are mainly Silicon Valley high-tech companies in semi-conductor, software,
computer component, and international distribution industries. We have assisted a few
clients for their IPO and successful mergers.
Non-profit organization clients include Chinese American Semi-conductor Professional
Association, National Taiwan University Alumni Association, Northern California; and a few
others.
Currently we have 2 Certified Public Accountants.
Ying Wang, CPA

Ying Wang, CPA
- She received a B.A. in Commerce degree from National Taiwan University and a
Master degree in Professional Accounting from the University of Texas at Austin. - Her experience includes 9 years in private accounting as an In-Charge Accountant
for corporations and 16 years in public accounting: 4 years with local CPA firms and
5 years with Grant Thornton, an international CPA firm. - Ms. Wang is a certified accountant in the states of California and Texas.
